Ga-Ma-Yo is a chance for local game developers to mingle and get to know one another. We're expecting around 250 people, from AAA to lone developers. Just turn up, grab a drink, and meet interesting people.

Show Off Your Games
Ga-Ma-Yo is a great place to show off what you're working on. There will be loads of screens at the venue (as well as one huge screen) and all you'll need to bring is a HDMI cable and a device (tablet, phone, laptop) to play it on. To ensure you can show off your game please reserve a screen using this form.

Once again we'll be supporting Special Effect - a charity that helps disabled people to enjoy videogames: https://www.justgiving.com/specialeffect (if you donate via that link and include a message mentioning "Ga-Ma-Yo #8" - Simon will give you a Special Effect wristband on the night. We'll also be accepting donations at the event).

Directions (from the train station)
Shooters is just 2 minutes walk from the train station.
Exit the station, head north towards City Square and head to the right hand side (north-east) where you'll join Park Row. Head straight to the first floor bar.

Follow Park Row until you reach the junction with The Headrow, turn left, and Shooters is in the first door on your left. Walk through the downstairs bar and up the stairs to our private room.


Food and Drink...

There will be a wide range of food and drink on sale at the bar.

Parking

The nearest 24-hr car park is at The Light, and the 'night rate' kicks in at 6pm. Details here: http://www.q-park.co.uk/parking/parkingid/1628

It shouldn't be too hard to find on street parking after 6pm on Bedford Street, South Parade, or Greek Street.
